1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Coffee Bono website and services (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Our Business

Coffee Bono F.Z.E is a company registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (License No. 54879). We operate an online specialty coffee store selling premium roasted coffee beans, subscription services, and coffee-related accessories. Our registered address is C1 Building, Ajman Free Zone, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT. Applicable VAT (currently 5%) is calculated and added at checkout, and the full amount payable is shown before you confirm your order.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through the payment methods available at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Subscriptions

Coffee Bono offers recurring subscription plans billed automatically at the interval selected at checkout: monthly, every 3 months (prepaid), or every 6 months (prepaid). The amount and billing frequency of your plan are displayed before purchase and confirmed in your subscription confirmation email.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the same interval and amount until cancelled.

You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at customer-service@coffeebono.com. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, changes or cancellations must be made before your next billing date.

For prepaid plans (3-month and 6-month), cancellation stops future renewals; any deliveries already paid for in your current cycle will still be delivered as scheduled. Amounts already paid for the current cycle are non-refundable, except as required by law or as set out in the Returns and Refunds section.

Promotional bonus deliveries (for example, a free month or free box) apply to the first billing cycle of a plan only, unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of the offer.

Coffee Bono reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Any price change applies from your next renewal, and you may cancel before that renewal if you do not accept the new price.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within the UAE within the estimated times shown at checkout.

For orders placed during a pre-launch or pre-order period, the expected first shipment date is shown on the product page at the time of purchase; payment is taken at the time of order to reserve your subscription, and your first delivery will be made on or around the stated date.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you provided.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

6. Returns and Refunds

Coffee and perishable goods: Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, roasted coffee beans and perishable products are non-returnable once opened or after delivery, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-perishable accessories: You may return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds (where approved) will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was defective or sent in error.

7. Product Information and Allergies All product descriptions and information on the Site are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, dietary, or health advice. Customers with allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary requirements must check product labels before consumption. Coffee Bono accepts no liability for adverse reactions arising from the use of its products.

8. Intellectual Property All content on the Site, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the property of Coffee Bono F.Z.E or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. User Conduct You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, submit false information, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.

10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Coffee Bono F.Z.E shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law and Disputes These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

12. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
