Delivery

Effective 1 November 2026

1. Where we deliver

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates, to every emirate, through our delivery partner.

2. What delivery costs

• One-off orders: AED 25 per order, anywhere in the UAE. It is shown at checkout before you pay.
• The Bono Box subscriptions: delivery is included in the price.
• If one order has a Bono Box subscription and other items, the AED 25 applies to the other items.

There are no other charges. The amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay.

3. Tracking

When your order is on its way, we email you a tracking link.

4. Your address

Please check your address and phone number before you pay. The courier may call you to find the door. If a delivery fails because the address is wrong or nobody can take the parcel, the courier tries again. If the parcel comes back to us, we contact you to arrange a new delivery.

5. When the order becomes yours

The order is yours, and at your risk, once it is handed over at the address you gave us.
