How does the subscription work?
Pick a taste profile and a plan (monthly, or 3 or 6 months prepaid). Each month The Bono Box brings three coffees from one UAE roastery, chosen for your profile and named on the page before you pay. It renews until you skip, pause or cancel from your account, or email customer-service@coffeebono.com.
Can I change my preferences?
Yes! Email us at customer-service@coffeebono.com and we will update your taste profile, roast preference, grind type at any time!
What grind options do you offer?

How much coffee do I receive each month?
Three 250g bags, 750g in all, with a card for each coffee.
Where does the coffee come from?
Originally, our coffee is sourced from all over the world, and roasted by trusted local roasteries in the United Arab Emirates. We focus on fresh, traceable, high-quality and sustainable specialty beans that many people would never discover otherwise.
Do you offer decaf?
Yes, we offer high-quality decaf options. You can purchase it on our "Coffees À La Carte" page, on our website at any time.
Can I send Coffee Bono as a gift?
Absolutely! Drop us a message and we will custom the gift according to what you need.
What if I don’t like a coffee?
If you don't like the coffee in your first Bono Box on subscription, tell us within 7 days and we refund you in full. You keep the box.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime from your account dashboard, or email us at customer-service@coffeebono.com. No hidden fees, no hassle.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and never store your full card details.
